Cautionary Deposit

The cautionary deposit is taken via a credit card authorisation and will be held until the car is returned without damage.

ALL drivers must complete an insurance declaration and be approved by our insurers.
Age 25-75 years (for age over 75 years please refer)
Holder of a full licence for a minimum of 5 years
Good Health
Clean Driving record - a copy of all driving licences (including the paper counterpart of new licences are required along with the booking and insurance forms. All original licences and paper counterparts MUST be presented at time of hire. Only named driver(s) may drive vehicle.
Proof of residence e.g. domestic utility or Council Tax bill.
Clear photograph of hirer e.g. copy of passport or photocard driving licence
Vehicle subject to availability at time of hire. It may be necessary to make late substitutions if circumstances dictate, at our discretion, but if a change to a higher group is involved no extra charge will be made.
